Empire maxi dress can be converted to fold-over waistband maxi skirt. Jersey knit fabric has stretch. Elastic along top edge, adjustable and removable straps. Fit is true to size with fitted bust and waist with flowy hem. Stay in your normal size. If between sizes, size up if busty.
