Shipping | Return Policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

  • $8.95 flat rate shipping for all orders in the US. Orders over $100 ship for free.  If expedited shipping is needed, an option will be available at checkout.
  • Make sure your shipping location is safe, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
  • Route Insurance is available at checkout.
  • You are responsible to enter the correct shipping information. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
  • Any issues with delivery once a package is marked as "DELIVERED" will be the responsibility of the customer.  This means the customer will need to file any and all claims with the carrier or Route.
  • Under normal business conditions, orders will be processed in 5-7 business days.
  • Graphic apparel, made orders (tumblers, mugs,  home goods...) may take up to 2-3 weeks before being shipped. Please check the Homepage for current turn around time.  Orders containing custom items will be held until all items are ready to ship.
  • All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. 

 RETURN POLICY

  • No returns on transfers or customs.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • We must be notified within 3 days of delivery of any damage or defect of any item received. If approved for a return, we must receive your return within 10 days of the ship (fulfillment) date to be eligible for credit.
  • Returns on finished products MUST BE scent-free, stain/mark-free, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. 
  • ALL SALE, PROMOTION, DISCOUNTED, HANDMADE AND/OR GRAPHIC APPAREL  items are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please keep the tracking number for your return package in case of a postal error.
  • FREE GIFTS cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return and for the credit to appear in your account.
  • Returns accepted outside of the 10 day window will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

BOUTIQUE CREDIT 

  • Purchases made using boutique credit are FINAL SALE.  All credit expire one year after the initial date of issuance.

 NO EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All defective items must be reported within 3 days of being delivered. Once inspected and approved you will be given BOUTIQUE credit.  You can then apply the BOUTIQUE credit to another item. Items that have been washed and/or tags removed will not be eligible for credit.
